Timber Frame home extensions

This was a one off timber frame, steel and a brick skin extension that we carried out in 20221, that brings light and modern living. We do not carry out extensions by choice, but have shown this as we fully understand the build process. We are happy to introduce Builders we trust who can provide a excellent build service.

H&S; Unlike some competitors, H&S is not taken seriously, seeing many instances where the site team have little or no PPE, GroundCo do.
Insurance; GroundCo are fully covered for insurance ensuring you as the client are protected. When employing contractors, insist on seeing the Insurance and is it up-to-date? will it cover you if anything occurs?
