These standards encompass various aspects of construction, including materials, design, construction methods, and site management. Adhering to BS standards helps ensure that projects comply with legal requirements, achieve high performance, and maintain credibility.

 

Qualifications 

Tim and his team have a wealth of qualifications, including surveying, estimating, design, project management, health and safety, fire protection and certification in London, having been responsible for £300m of reinforced concrete projects in North London. 

Our History and Legacy 

Paul Scott Building Contractors were renowned for old-school construction, where quality was the key to success. Today, Tim Scott’s family and the Groundco team, carry on this tradition with pride in what they do.

Today, Guildford Construction Ltd is a growing company with ongoing new build and property development projects in the South of the UK. With a predicted turnover in the next 5 years of £20m

Groundco is a dedicated Groundwork company that specialises in challenging environments, sloping sites, wet and boggy ground and provides bespoke solutions for all typical groundwork projects with our core company values as standard.  With a predicted turnover of £5m in the next 5 years
