Hello, my name is Tim Scott, I am the founder and Director of GroundCo Ltd of Godalming.
With over 35 years in construction management, my career encapsulates a commitment to the best service, the best value for money, focus on green energy solutions and turnkey project management for a diverse clientele, including Building Contractors, Swimming Pool Contractors, Solar & PV Energy equipment installers, Schools, Councils and the Private sectors. GroundCo Ltd thrives under my direction, where innovative heavy landscaping and groundwork solutions for various installations, from solar arrays to flood defences, are the hallmarks of our operations.
As a family company with over 60 years in construction, we have a considerable amount of successful projects completed by our team and happy clients over 30+ years. We are one of the best-known leading Construction Groundwork specialists serving the local community and further afield.
With our traditional values and work ethics, we endeavour to leave every client happy and satisfied using the best labour, the right tools and equipment with our considerable knowledge, we endeavour to be the best in the field.
Our recent initiative in reviving our Construction Plant and Machinery Sales service, goes hand in hand with our on-site services (after a 12 year pause in construction plant sales) underscores our dedication to offering only premium, late-hour equipment, aligning with our Groundwork services, we know a bit about the equipment we provide, as we have used most of the machinery on-site ourselves and know what machine is best for each application and fits the clients requirements, so we know 1st hand and understand what is best for our clients, especially in regards to the modern H&S and environmental standards. This strategic move complements our ethos of excellence and sustainability with our site team and sales team, positioning us to be at the forefront of the industry’s evolution towards zero-emission construction practices in the future.
